At Sunset Ice Creams we pride ourselves on Delivery across Cape Town. Our aim is to ensure clients receive your order as speedily as possible. Once we receive the order, we will make contact with you asap to confirm delivery.

Ice Cream Delivery Cape Town

 

DELIVERY INFO

  • We deliver Ice creams all year round, no matter the season. From Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, along with alternate Saturdays to 2pm depending on our workloads.
  • All Electronic payments made, must clear before any orders will be processed.
  • Deliveries are charged for at fixed rates but please understand that all fees cover fuel, staff and wear and tear on vehicles.
  • Deliveries take place within a 1 – 3 business day delivery window. after payment has been received.
  • We do not give a set delivery times for the day of delivery, instead we supply closest estimated time frames and can give you call or Whatsapp message to confirm someone is there before dispatching the order.



DELIVERY GUIDELINES

  • Kindly ensure that someone is home on the day of delivery.
  • Please understand that should we come through and nobody is home on the day, a second delivery fee will be charged to come again.
  • Please ensure that the person home has been informed that we are coming through so we do not miss each other.
  • We ask you clear up some freezer space prior to us coming to make sure you have room to store the order.
  • If you have any dogs or vicious animals that may harm our team or be a threat while trying to drop off the delivery we ask that you kindly keep them indoors or in a cordoned off area while we are present.
  • Please let us know any of the the following in advance; if you live on a steep hill, a gated Complex or Security Estate, or in a location that is a bit harder to access.
